Who we are

This policy is issued by VCS by K.D. Vassiliou Group Limited (registration number HE 483401, VAT CY60255800V), trading as Vassiliou Cleaning Solutions (“VCS”, “we”, “us”), of Parthenonos 1, Geri, Nicosia 2202, Cyprus. We provide on-site cleaning of mattresses, sofas, leather goods, baby items and vehicle interiors across Cyprus, taking bookings online and by phone.

Information we collect

When you book a service, request a quote or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The service address where the work is carried out
• Details of the items or vehicle to be cleaned and any special instructions
• Your booking and order history, and any messages you send us
• Payment and invoicing details needed to issue a Cyprus VAT invoice or receipt

Why we use it

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm and carry out bookings
• Issue invoices and receipts and keep the accounting records Cyprus law requires
• Respond to enquiries and quote requests
• Send booking confirmations, reminders and service-related updates
• Improve our service and, where you have not opted out, tell you about offers

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (to deliver the service you booked), legal obligation (Cyprus VAT and accounting rules), and legitimate interest (running and improving the business). Where we send marketing communications outside of an existing booking relationship, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and invoicing records for as long as Cyprus tax law requires (currently at least six years from the end of the relevant tax year). Enquiry and contact-form messages that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Brevo — sends booking confirmations and other transactional emails on our behalf
• Cloudflare — provides hosting, content delivery and security for our website
• Our payment processor — handles card payments securely; we do not store full card details ourselves

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing info@vassilioucleaningsolutions.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus), the supervisory authority for data protection matters in Cyprus.
