Who we are
These terms are between you and VCS by K.D. Vassiliou Group Limited (HE 483401, VAT CY60255800V), trading as Vassiliou Cleaning Solutions, of Parthenonos 1, Geri, Nicosia 2202, Cyprus. By booking a service with us, online or by phone, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide on-site cleaning of mattresses, sofas, leather furniture, baby items and vehicle interiors at your home, business or vehicle location across Cyprus, using biodegradable, low-toxicity products.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation by email or phone, whether you booked through our website or by calling us directly. Please check the details on your confirmation and let us know immediately if anything is wrong.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown online or quoted over the phone are estimates given as a range, based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed once our technician has inspected the item, material or vehicle on site, as condition, size, soiling and fabric type all affect the work involved. We will always let you know the confirmed price before starting work.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless we have agreed to invoice you. Where we issue an invoice, it is payable within 30 days of the invoice date. All invoices are issued in line with Cyprus VAT requirements.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by contacting us with reasonable notice. Cancellations made with very little notice, or repeated no-shows, may be subject to a call-out charge to cover the technician’s time and travel.
Your responsibilities
As the customer, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises or vehicle at the agreed time
- Tell us in advance about delicate, antique or non-standard materials so we can treat them appropriately
- Remove or point out valuables and fragile items near the work area
- Provide accurate contact and address details when booking
Liability
We take care to treat every item appropriately, but some pre-existing conditions (such as old stains, worn fabric or prior water damage) cannot always be fully removed or may be revealed during cleaning. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the service is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited under Cyprus law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
